Dealer terms at a glance
- $2,500 opening order, $1,000 reorders. Your first dealer order must total at least $2,500 in products, and every order after that at least $1,000, before freight and taxes.
- Freight is not included. Shipping is quoted and charged separately on every order. We confirm the freight cost before your order is invoiced.
- Free freight on orders over $10,000. Orders over $10,000 in products ship with free standard freight within the continental US. Carrier fees like liftgate or residential delivery are always paid by the dealer.
- Inspect every shipment when it arrives. Damage must be noted on the delivery receipt and reported to us within 24 hours with photos, or we are not responsible for it.
- Payment in full before shipping.
- Custom-made items can't be returned. This includes custom colors, paint matching and leather interiors.
- No advertising below our retail prices online.

- Approval. Dealer accounts are approved at the sole discretion of Florida's Finest Custom Works ("FFCW"). We may decline any application, refuse any order, or close any dealer account at any time.
- Minimum order. Your first order as a dealer must total at least $2,500 in products at dealer pricing. Every order after that must total at least $1,000. Minimums do not count freight, fees or taxes. Orders below the minimum will not be processed.
- Pricing. Dealer pricing is confidential and may not be shared publicly. Prices may change at any time; the price shown when your order is accepted applies. Dealer pricing can't be combined with retail sales, discount codes or other promotions.
- Freight and shipping charges. Dealer prices do not include shipping. Freight is calculated separately for each order based on the items, weight, size and delivery address, and is added to your invoice before payment. The dealer pays all freight charges and any carrier fees, including liftgate, residential delivery, limited access, appointment, redelivery and storage fees.
- Free freight program. Orders over $10,000 in products at dealer pricing (before taxes and fees), shipped in one shipment to one business address in the continental US, receive free standard freight. Carrier fees such as liftgate, residential delivery, limited access, appointment, redelivery and storage are still billed to the dealer. Orders can't be combined to reach the $10,000 amount. Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii and outside the US are excluded.
- Title and risk of loss. All orders ship FOB origin. Title and risk of loss pass to the dealer when the order is handed to the carrier at our facility.
- Inspection and damage claims. The dealer must inspect every shipment at delivery, before signing. Any visible damage, missing pieces or damaged packaging must be written on the delivery receipt or bill of lading. Damage must be reported to FFCW within 24 hours of delivery, with photos of the product, packaging and signed delivery receipt. If damage is not noted at delivery and reported within 24 hours, FFCW is not responsible for it and no replacement or credit will be issued. Signing "clean" for a shipment means it was received in good condition.
- Shortages and wrong items. Shortages or incorrect items must be reported within 2 business days of delivery. After that, the shipment is considered complete and correct.
- Refused shipments. Shipments refused without an approved damage claim will be charged for the original and return freight, plus a restocking fee.
- Payment. Payment is due in full before an order ships, by card or ACH, unless FFCW has approved other terms in writing. FFCW may hold orders on accounts with any unpaid balance. Returned payments and chargebacks are subject to fees.
- Sales tax. A valid resale certificate must be on file to buy tax-exempt. Without one, applicable sales tax will be charged.
- Lead times. Processing times are estimates: about 2 to 3 business days for standard items, plus 1 week for custom leather colors and 1 to 2 weeks for paint-matched visors. FFCW is not liable for delays caused by carriers, materials, weather or other events outside our control.
- Fitment. The dealer is responsible for confirming year, make, model and fitment with its customer before ordering. FFCW is not responsible for parts ordered for the wrong truck.
- Returns. Custom-made items (custom colors, paint matching, leather interiors and special orders) are not returnable. Standard items may be returned only with prior written authorization from FFCW within 14 days of delivery, unused, uninstalled and in original packaging. Approved returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee, and the dealer pays return freight. Unauthorized returns will be refused.
- Installation. FFCW does not install products and is not responsible for installation, labor costs, or damage caused by installation. We recommend professional installation.
- Limited warranty. FFCW warrants its products to be free from manufacturing defects. Our only obligation is to repair or replace a defective part, at our option. The warranty does not cover improper installation, misuse, accidents, modifications, normal wear, or damage from road salt, chemicals or cleaning products. It does not cover labor, freight, or downtime.
- Limitation of liability. FFCW's total liability for any claim will never exceed the amount the dealer paid for the product involved. FFCW is not liable for lost profits, lost sales, or any indirect, incidental or consequential damages.
- Advertised pricing. Dealers may not advertise FFCW products online, including on marketplaces like eBay and Amazon, below FFCW's published retail prices. Violations may result in loss of dealer pricing or account closure.
- Brand use. Dealers may use FFCW product names and photos only to sell genuine FFCW products, and may not claim to manufacture them. Dealers are independent businesses, not agents or employees of FFCW.
- Changes. FFCW may update these terms at any time. Placing an order means you accept the terms in effect at that time.
- Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
